Shipping & Returns
Made-to-Order Production
Each print is produced specifically for the collector after purchase. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks, followed by careful packing and shipping. You will receive a confirmation and tracking information once your print has shipped.
Shipping
Prints ship flat or in protective tubes depending on size and framing. Framed prints are packed with corner protectors and rigid support. Domestic shipping is included for unframed prints within the continental United States. International shipping is calculated at checkout and may be subject to customs duties.
Framed Orders
Framed prints use museum-quality mouldings with UV-filtering glass and archival matting where applicable. Framed orders require an additional 1–2 weeks of production time.
Returns
Because each print is made to order, returns are accepted only in the event of damage or production defect. If your print arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 7 days of receipt with photographs, and a replacement will be produced at no cost.
Original Works
Original paintings are sold through limited auction events and are final. Condition reports are provided to registered bidders before each release. Shipping, insurance, and professional crating are arranged by the studio and detailed in the Auction Terms.
