The Release Window
2026-06-22

Why originals are not always available — and why that matters to the work and to the people who collect it.
An original painting is a single object made over weeks or months. It cannot be reproduced. If it were always for sale, the relationship between the work and the collector would feel transactional rather than considered.
I release originals during focused windows throughout the year. This gives each painting a moment of attention and gives collectors time to look carefully before acquiring. It is not about manufactured scarcity — it is about giving each work the seriousness it deserves.
